Warranty Information:
Treadstone Enterprises does not offer any warranty on any product. By law, manufacturers are responsible for all warranties they offer on their products. In most cases we will provide the customer the means to contact the manufacturer for warranty issues. The customer is responsible for dealing with the manufacturer on warranty issues.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
All sales are final upon shipment of merchandise except in the case of defective merchandise. We accept all major credit cards and your card will be charged upon shipment of your merchandise.
Defective Merchandise:
Upon receipt of any merchandise please inspect the product to evaluate its function. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will replace that product at no charge to you except the shipping it costs you to sent it to us. This must occur within 3 days of when you recieve the merchandise. We are not a warranty repair station for any manufacturer. Returns of defective merchandise past 3 days must be made directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Returns/Exchanges:
No returned goods will be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact customer service for authorization. All returned goods will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returns must be made within 3 days of pirchase and have a prior R.A. number with return freight paid. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping Policy:
All orders will be shipped in the order received. We attempt to ship within 3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays.)
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and will normally arrive between 5-7 business days after shipment (business days do not include weekends or holidays.) Some items, because of weight and size, may require additional shipping charges and may take longer to arrive.
NOTE: We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
